We did it! Hip Hip Hooray! Check another item off the good ol bucket list. We traveled up Hwy 101 all the way through Oregon into the state on Washington. We were probably in Washington for a total of 15-20 minutes. We simply wanted that picture proof that we had made it entirely up the coast of Oregon. All 363 miles. So we’ve been staying in Newport, Oregon and this town is exactly what I felt a coastal Oregon town was going to look like. This is now my fav town, thus far…(I feel like I say that every day now!!) Bandon makes me feel like I’ve stepped into a New England seaside town, they’ve even got the chowda to seal the deal. Yum Yum Yummy! Lot and lots of chowder. So much that it was hard to decide where we should eat, but Tony’s Crab Shack seemed to be the busiest on the boardwalk so we quickly decided this was our place for a seafood treat.
